Groups were formed. The group exercise was to start a business. Think of the initial necessity in starting up a business. Ours was a gym.
Luckily (tho I never told anyone), my previous work revolved around opening new outlets. So, it helps.
By the end of the exercise, we got to understand the ALOE.
